mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">《通知》要求①对进口冷链食品实施精准追溯，加强对进口冷链食品的全程追溯；②定期对重点场所的物（冷链食品及其包装物）、人（冷链食品生产加工销售各环节从业人员）、环境（屠宰、生产加工、贮存、运输、经营场所）进行采样和核酸检测，要求每周抽取一定数量农贸（集贸）市场、超市进行检测。对来自中高风险疫情地区的从业人员和冷链食品，要加大抽检量，并按照相关规程延长冷链食品的留样时间；③做好应急处置工作、严格落实各项日常防控措施等。《通知》中发布了《农贸（集贸）市场新型冠状病毒环境监测技术规范》、《新冠病毒核酸阳性食品处置指南》、《农贸（集贸）市场新冠肺炎疫情防控技术指南》、《海鲜类加工企业新冠肺炎疫情防控技术指南》。
