2026年5月26日，欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）发布消息，欧盟食品安全局发布关于法夫驹形氏酵母DSM 25375生产的6-植酸酶作为家禽、断奶仔猪、育肥猪、母猪和小型猪种饲料添加剂的授权更新申请的评估。
经过评估，专家小组得出结论，该添加剂在授权使用条件下对目标物种、消费者和环境都是安全的。在授权更新的情况下，无需评估添加剂的功效。部分原文报道如下：
Following a request from the European Commission, EFSA was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the assessment of the application for the renewal of the authorisation of 6-phytase (produced with Komagataella phaffii DSM 25375) (ENZY PHOSTAR® P/L) as a zootechnical additive (digestibility enhancer) for use in feed for all poultry species, weaned piglets, pigs for fattening, sows and minor porcine species (4a23). The applicant provided evidence that the additive currently in the market complies with the existing conditions of the authorisation. The FEEDAP Panel concluded that the use of the feed additive ENZY PHOSTAR® P/L in animal nutrition remains safe for the target animals, consumer and for the environment under the approved conditions of the authorisation. Regarding the safety for the user, ENZY PHOSTAR® P is not irritant to skin or eyes but is a dermal and respiratory sensitiser. ENZY PHOSTAR® L is considered irritant to skin and eyes and a respiratory sensitiser. Exposure of users to both forms of the additive by any route is considered a risk. The present application for renewal of the authorisation does not include any modification proposal that would have an impact on the efficacy of the additive, and therefore, there is no need for re-assessing the efficacy.
